Elcona Country Club in Bristol, Indiana, is a beautiful wedding venue all year long. It especially shines with the well-manicured grounds are filled with stunning fall color. Lydia and Mitch's early November wedding featured some of the most dazzling fall colors we had this year.

KARALYN & DAN'S BEAUTIFUL WEDDING AT ROCK ...

The start of fall in Elkhart County is beautiful.  You can see the stunning shades of red, orange and yellow start to develop. Combined this with golden-pink sunsets, farmers harvesting their fields, big red barns, and winding lanes and you've got an Instagram-worthy backdrop for your wedding!

This is exactly the vibe that Karalyn and Dan wanted for the wedding ceremony and reception. This Fort Wayne-based couple found Rock Run Creek Barn online and fell in love. Why wouldn't they?  It has all of those make-our-Midwestern-hearts-swell amenities, it's an 1850’s restored barn that is heated and features inside restrooms ... oh, and it's handicap accessible! Such a big WIN for these fall days where the sun in shining but isn't providing a lot of warmth!

MEGAN & TONY'S ELCONA COUNTRY CLUB WEDDING ...

Elcona Country Club is at the foot of the Bristol Hills and has a beautiful club house ballroom that overlooks the 18th green and 10th tee. The weather on this Saturday was exactly what you’d hope for with a wedding in early October - sunny skies, slight breeze and a temperature that wasn't too hot nor too cold.. And DANG, did this couple get the perfect combination of both! 

Megan and Tony chose the Platinum entertainment package for their wedding reception based on both a recommendation from friends, and having grown up listening to Sticky Boots on the radio.  Couples like that normally have a good idea of what the Sticky Boots experience is like and know how to have a good time, and as soon as we met Megan and Tony, we knew for certain this was going to be a super-fun wedding!

21ST NIGHT OF SEPTEMBER WEDDING FOR CARRIE ...

Just off the shores of Lake Wawasee on 27 acres of forested land in Syracuse, Oakwood Resort provides a stunning backdrop for almost any type of event. The only type of event it's not good for is one that doesn't want beautiful lake views, well-manicured grounds or a helpful staff to make sure the event goes off without a hitch. Those events may be out there, but we have yet to find one - ha!

We met Carrie and Nick via Facetime for their initial consultation. We knew that they were going to be a great couple to work with for a lot of reasons. Not only were they fun, they also became aware of The Music Place from their support and participation of the Wawasee Kiwanis Trivia Fundraiser we are a part of every year.

Eleven cities later…..Notre Dame grads Rebecca and Scott currently reside in Pittsburgh, PA where he’s and engineer and she’s in grad school, which makes the 11th city they’ve lived since starting their relationship (and definitely not their last). 

MORGAN & DAVID’S RUSTIC BARN WEDDING IN GOSHEN, IN | DJ

Goshen College graduates, Morgan and David, met in school and fell in love with the Goshen community and all it has to offer.  Morgan knew she wanted to utilize many local Goshen vendors for her wedding, which took place at the lovely new Meadow Brook Barn in the rolling pastoral countryside just outside of Goshen, Indiana.
